Procedure text is to give someone instruction about something is achieved through a sequence of steps.

Structure of the text :
 Goal/aim: The final pupose of doping the instruction.
 Materials: Ingredients, utensils equipment, to do the instruction.
 Steps: A set of instruction to achive the final purpose.

Language Fetaures:  Use of simple present tense often imperative sentences.  Use of temporal conjuction (first, second, next...)  Action verbs (stir,mix...)

Example:

Wedang Jahe

Materials:
 Water 1 litre
 Sugar 100 gr
 Gingers 2, contused
 1 Fragrant screwpine leaf sheet, cut to pieces
Steps:
 All materilas is mingled to become one, except water
 Mix all materilas with boiled water
 Stir until sugar soluble
 And serve
